Bruno Gabbiani appointed Honorary Fellow of AIA, American Institute of Architects - May 1st, 2009 San Francisco (USA)
By collaborating with AIA International Committee and with San Francisco's Chapter, the Dedalo Minosse Prize attended the National Convention and Design Exposition of AIA held in San Francisco from April 30th to May 2nd, 2009 at the Moscone Convention Center.
On the occasion, May 1st Bruno Gabbiani, President of ALA-Assoarchitetti, was nominated to the College of the Honorary Fellows of AIA, American Institute of Architects.
The AIA, which brings together 80,000 Americans architects, each year admits to the College of Honorary Fellows some architects from other countries that have distinguished for professional merits and cultural engagement. Among the Italian architects who have received this important recognition, we remember: Pier Luigi Nervi (1957), Gio Ponti (1963), Bruno Zevi (1968), Giancarlo De Carlo (1975), Renzo Piano (1982), Aldo Rossi (1989), Gino Valle (1993), Massimiliano Fuksas (2002).
