CAODURO® SpA has been in business for almost 60 years, and currently produces the biggest selection of plastic systems and roofing for industrial and residential building.
The wide range of thermoformed products includes modular all-in-one domes, skylights and tunnels, self-supporting giant domes up to 7.85 metres in diameter, ribbed structures like tunnels, pyramids, large domes, custom-made roofing and "SMOKE-OUT" Natural Heat and Smoke Ventilation systems meeting UNI EN 12101-2:2004 standards.
Thanks to highly versatile equipment capable of thermoforming parts measuring from between one centimetre to 15 square metres and stringent product controls at both design and laboratory test stages, CAODURO has achieved superior production and quality standards and was the first company of its kind to obtain ISO 9001 quality certification in 1998.
The company has successfully produced some important roofing including the "San Paolo" stadium in Naples, part of the Palermo stadium, the "Delle Alpi" stadium in Turin, a pedestrian bridge at a shopping centre in Moscow, Mu'tah University in Jordan, the Hotel Don Giovanni in Prague, several shopping centres, and Bucharest airport.
Furthermore, in order to complement the above products and respond to new market requirements for comfort and lower energy consumption, CAODURO has also developed the S.I.V. CAODURO Integrated Ventilation System, comprising air diffusion, cooling, forced ventilation and energy saving systems.
Many roof coverings have also be produced for shopping centres and manufacturing and logistics units for leading brand names.
CAODURO is present throughout Italy, and has 26 agencies in a large number of countries abroad. It operates from its factory at Cavazzale - Vicenza.
